Hi Beth! It’s great to meet you. Thank you for your comment and encouragement. I couldn’t imagine how hard it must be on you. I frequently pray for pastors and pastors’ wives because I know that is one of the hardest callings. God bless you, your family and your ministry:)
]]>Thanks, Denise! God is our Redeemer:) I look forward to your blog posts as well. Thanks for stopping by. God bless!
]]>Congratulations on your new book. That is very exciting. I look forward to reading more of your blog.
]]>Thanks, Ashley! The more we grow in Christ, the more we see how much He is for us:) Thanks for the comment. Have a blessed weekend:)
]]>Wow, I am so sorry! That’s so sad. Well, at least you got to see him and smile and wave to him. Sometimes a smile speaks louder than words. You never know what God did with your smile. He could have used it to touch his heart 🙂
Thanks for sharing that.
God bless you:)

]]>I have a couple of tough missed opportunities. While in high school I saw the son of my dad’s former business partner. We had been friends in the past, but drifted apart as my dad’s relationship soured with the partner. We saw each other about the same time and paused. It was rather awkward for both of us, so we just smiled, waved, and walked away. A few days later he was killed in a motorcycle accident. Numerous times I’ve wished I’d said something to him, asked how he was doing, etc. Your post made me think of this story, and is prompting me to write more about it. So, thanks for writing it.
