Since spending time in Bible reading and prayer is so wonderful, why oh why is it SO hard?! I suppose we can identify with Paul when he said “the things I want to do, I don’t do, and the things I hate, those things I do. Oh, wretched man that I am!” I agree with him that through Christ we can have the victory. Thanks for commenting.
]]>Great to see you Warren:) I agree, the more we seek Him the more we see. And our desire grows to want to spend time with God.
Thanks for sharing. Blessings to you! 🙂
Good post. wb
]]>Wonderful advice, Ashley! I have my phone by my bed so I can read my Bible on it. But I have to admit, having my email and internet on it does sometimes distract me from reading the Bible. I’ll have to use your advice and put my Bible next to my bed. 🙂 Thanks for sharing. God bless:)
]]>Hi Buffy! It’s great to meet you! Thanks for that wonderful comment. There are so many distractions today. But when we purposely let everything go for a moment and draw ourselves close to the Lord, we are renewed and refreshed to handle whatever else may come that day. We need His filling each day. This is something I continually need to be reminded of.
Thanks for stopping by and sharing your heart. God bless you:)
Thank you for your encouraging post and message, Lori! What a blessing it is to seek the Lord each day!! Thanks for the reminder! God bless you:)
