Hi Florence! I agree. I shared in the first blog http://www.sharingtruths.com/?p=421 how I gradually learned about healing through the grace of God. There were times of instant healing, but many more of gradual healing as God taught me something through each of those times. Sometimes, He showed me sin in my life. Sometimes, He showed me it was an attack to keep me from doing His will, and I needed to stand my ground. All through those times, God was helping me renew my mind to His way of thinking, and not my own, as Dorothy explained.
The Bible says, “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Romans 12:2
Thank you for stopping by. I’ll let Dorothy know of your comment. God bless you:)
Thanks Amanda and Dorothy for sharing this testimony.
]]>Wow, Gary! Thank you for sharing your amazing testimony! God is so faithful! Praising Him for your healing. I am so sorry your first wife suffered. Bitterness is such a poison. I’ve seen the effects it has had on myself in the past as well as others.
God bless you and your family:)
